The framers of the Constitution decided that some powers should be held only by the federal government, and not be shared by the state governments. Some of these powers include coining money, interacting with foreign countries, declaring war, and fixing standard weights and measures. Choose one of these national powers and explain why it is important that ONLY the federal government has control over it.
